Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

For purchases online from bluedoorlabs.com/register:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.

For purchases of a packaged Lab Manual & bluedoorlabs Access card:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the bookstore or retailer from who you purchased the packaged lab manual & bluedoorlabs access card. Returns or refunds will be at the discretion of the seller.
